the Vision, Trust the Process
Coaching is a collaborative process between two equal partners. My role is to support you in the process of finding your answers
and solutions. This enables you to strengthen your ability to solve problems and brings awareness to inner and outer resources that are already available to you.
The duration of this process depends on your issue. In our first meeting we will discuss your goal for coaching and the timeframe.
Sometimes one meeting can be enough to clarify an issue. Four to six meetings (60-90 minutes each) often prove effective. However, the amount of meetings and the length of time can be changed
upon mutual agreement.
