A first meeting serves for both of us to get to know each other and to decide whether we want to work together. We are both free to discontinue our meetings at any time if we wish to do so. However, it is important that if you decide to engage with counselling that we include a final session. Please note that my fees are not covered by health insurers.

In addition to face-to-face meetings I also offer video counselling.

Please note that I cannot offer urgent mental health assistance. Please refer to your local emergency services or helplines if you need immediate help.

Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged at the full session fee.
